Meet The Team

Sara K. Papa
CEO

Sara is CEO and majority owner of JMA. As a result, JMA is recognized and certified as a Women Business Enterprise (WBE) certified by the Women Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). Sara’s day-to-day responsibilities include all major financial decisions & human resource management. She also spearheads all strategic and tactical management decisions with a primary focus of JMA’s overall corporate vision, culture and social responsibility. Her love for merchandising started in retail as a buyer and continues to plays a significant role in the success of the product selection for JMA’s corporate programs. Sara is active as the face of JMA, regularly attending women business conferences and leadership forums to promote Women in business.

John J. Papa
President

John began his career as an Account Manager in 1980. John is responsible for expanding JMA’s footprint into the “Corporate Program Business” market with a primary strategic initiative to assist Fortune 500 organizations with corporate branding solutions and online stores. Currently as President, John is responsible for JMA strategic accounts and overall day-to-day operations including internal controls, service delivery, and operational execution. Since 1980, his forte is developing and fostering long term relationship with corporate clients. John also is a founding member of the Legacy Buying Group, comprised of 7 leading promotional distributors across the U.S. and Canada.

John assumes overall responsibility and plays active role for all of JMA’s strategic accounts including Aetna, MassMutual, UTC, Cigna, Kaman, Legrand to name a few.

Paul M. Sposito
Executive Vice President

Paul is an accomplished leader whose entrance from outside the Industry brings to JMA a corporate element of structure and process. His current responsibilities include the management of all Business Development, Sales and Marketing initiatives as well as developing & executing overall corporate strategy and organizational effectiveness for JMA. Regularly you can find Paul working on internal workflow processes and operational efficiencies in alignment with JMA’s strategic growth initiatives. Paul’s roots in sales routinely involve him in overseeing JMA’s sales processes and strategic account management philosophy. Paul’s background includes 10+ years as an Executive with a Fortune 200 organization where he successfully lead multiple sales forces across vertical segments and worked with such clients as GE, IBM, Bristol Myers Squibb, Aetna and Bank of New York - Mellon to name a few.

Diane Radziwon
Operations Manager

Diane has been with JMA for over 20+ years and is referred to often as the “Backbone” of our day-to-day program and custom order operation. In the office, if you have a question - Diane has the answer. She exemplifies JMA’s world class service philosophy by placing each client as our first priority. Diane’s primary responsibility is program operations including the administration of program inventory, internal business systems, fulfillment, logistics, process, and invoicing. Along with program operations (including our new On-Demand Model), leading the service team and staffing process are two additional key roles Diane performs at JMA.

Jay Botwick
Sales Operations & Vendor Relations Manager

Jay brings over 30 years of experience to the promotional merchandise industry and all with JMA. Jay has established himself as “Sourcing Guru” amongst his peers and vendors. Jay’s dedication and leadership continue to be a vital element to JMA’s success. In Jay’s current role, he is responsible for all matters vendor related including production and is the “Go-To” person in the JMA office for domestic and global sourcing. Over Jay’s tenure he has worked directly with high profile clients such as Rich’s Foods, OTIS, MetLife, Babcock Power, and the State of Connecticut

Roger Thomas
Technology & Creative Services Manager

With 15+ years of Industry experience, Roger is known as the “Jack-Of-All-Trades”. Roger’s primary responsibilities include leading JMA’s Technology, Creative Services and Program Implementation efforts. Roger is also the Program Architect responsible for RFP responses, eCommerce demonstrations, and Implementation project plans. Roger is knowledgeable in all facets of the promo Industry and regularly is counted on by JMA’s team members for direction.
