Project Coordinator
JMA is seeking an energetic team player who is eager to learn and grow in the fun and ever-changing promotional products industry. We are looking for a self-starter who can multitask in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate organizational readiness, and effectively communicate with internal teams, external clients, and vendors.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Support Account Managers and Program (e-commerce) Team throughout the buying process, team goal achievement, and delivering on promises to customers.
- Become a brand expert! Learn how artwork, fonts and Pantone colors are used to create a cohesive identity for each of our clients and help us become an extension of their brand.
- Communicate effectively with JMA internal departments – Accounting, Creative Services, Warehouse, Sales, Technology & Executive Management.
- Correspond with suppliers and directly with clients over the lifecycle of each project, from ideation to delivery. Manage realistic and accurate timelines.
- Internally track project status using JMA’s CRM tool and internal ordering system.
- Contribute creatively and provide input on merchandising, product sourcing, custom packaging and kitting and fulfillment offerings.
- Participate in supplier meetings over video and in person to stay up to date on product trends while getting to touch, see and test apparel and merchandise.

Additional Details:
